I got my master degree in regional geography from Shaanxi Normal University in 1988. Since 1995, I have been a professor in the School of Management and the School of Public Policy and Administration at Xi'an Jiaotong University, respectively. I am now the director of the Institute of Real Estate Studies, Xi'an Jiaotong University.
I am currently doing research mainly in three areas of real estate and land: 1) The policy and the market of real estate; 2) land economy, land evaluation and land development; 3) construction project management.
